Checklist

A Keep-style checklist: add items, tick them off, drag them into order. Add one from the tile picker as Checklist.

Using a list

• Add — type into Add an item… at the top and press Enter.
• Check off — tick the box. Checked items move into a collapsed N completed section at the bottom; open it to see them struck through.
• Edit — click an unchecked item’s text. Enter or clicking away saves; Esc cancels.
• Reorder — drag an unchecked item by its handle.
• Delete — hover an item and choose the delete button.

The header shows the list name (click to rename) and a checked/total count. A list holds up to 500 items of up to 1,000 characters each.

The options menu

The ⋮ menu (Checklist options) offers:

• Color — pick one of eight colors for the tile’s accent, or clear it.
• Rename.
• Pin / Unpin — pinned lists sort first when you switch lists.
• Archive / Unarchive.
• Switch list — show another of the workspace’s lists in this tile. Choosing an archived list unarchives it.
• New checklist.

Lists live on the workspace

Each tile shows one list, but the list belongs to the workspace, not the tile. Closing the tile detaches the list without deleting it. A tile with no list — or whose list was deleted — offers to attach one of the workspace’s lists or start a new one.

When the tile is minimized, its peek card still lets you check and uncheck items.

Agents and checklists

Agents read and edit lists with the studio.checklist_* tools (see Workspace MCP Server). Their changes appear live.
